Hello! I am Utkarsh (you can also call me by my nickname ‘Karsh’) and I am the administrative assistant here at Glenridding Physiotherapy. I am here to help you with your appointment scheduling, check-in, billings and connecting with you over phone calls. Don’t hesitate to ask me for any assistance as I will be more than happy to make your visit as comfortable as possible.

I have recently graduated from University of Alberta with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. I have prior experience working in a medical clinic and sales. My work experience has made me adept in performing front office functions and administrative duties. I am proficient in assisting physicians with various medical procedures and preparing examination rooms for patients. For my previous job as a lead generator at Home Depot services, I was responsible for maximizing revenues and received the award for ‘Most Sales Generated’. I was also able to generate more than $200,000 in sales for Home Depot services while working there. A strong passion of mine is to provide quality customer service and patient care. I believe in providing excellent health care and treatment so that you can go back to doing what you love!

In my time away from work I love playing badminton, basketball, table tennis. I have done various adventure sports like skydiving, parasailing, fly boarding, zip lining, white water rafting and am eager to do scuba diving in the future. Also, did I forget to tell you that I am a huge NBA fan. Go Raptors!! Feel free to have a friendly banter about basketball with me anytime
