Ms. Zankhanabahen (Zeny) Lakhani

Zeny (Zankhana) is a Resident Physiotherapist who graduated in 2016 and is currently registered as an intern Physiotherapist with the Physiotherapy college of Alberta. With three years of hands-on practice and several certifications, Zeny has expertise in a variety of areas within Physiotherapy.
Additionally, she has completed certification courses in:
University of Alberta in the physical therapy approach to anyone experiencing urinary incontinence Temporomandibular Joint (TMJ) dysfunction Craniofacial pain assessment and treatment of related conditions Vestibular rehabilitation
Zeny has experience working with patients of all ages and has a special interest in treating pelvic pain issues in females, urinary incontinence, prolapse, and other pelvic floor conditions in prenatal and postnatal females. She also specializes in treating shoulder conditions, musculoskeletal disorders, jaw pain, and concussion.
In her treatment approach, Zeny utilizes a range of techniques, including manual therapy, exercise prescription, patient education, functional assessment, taping technique, Shockwave therapy, soft tissue releasing technique, and more, to help her patients recover and achieve their full potential.
